Bulkfilled provides industrial material compounding audits, high-density polymer physical testing, and structural integrity inspections for bulk storage silos. All services are delivered strictly for process engineering and heavy manufacturing applications. We do not offer clinical, medical, retail, or consumer-oriented services.
The client must provide safe access to equipment and facilities, disclose known hazards, and supply relevant material safety data sheets. Failure to comply may result in service suspension without liability to Bulkfilled.
Bulkfilled's liability is limited to the value of the specific service rendered. We are not liable for indirect damages, production losses, or structural failures arising from incomplete data, client-supplied information, or conditions not disclosed during the inspection. Our reports represent findings at the time of inspection and do not guarantee future performance.
All reports, methodologies, and testing protocols remain the intellectual property of Bulkfilled. Clients receive a non-transferable license to use the delivered data for internal process improvement only. Redistribution or commercial use of our proprietary methods is prohibited without written consent.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. In case of breach by the client, Bulkfilled may terminate immediately. Upon termination, the client must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg.
